1. Information We Collect

HomeKeep+ does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All your data — including appliances, maintenance tasks, contractors, and photos — is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account.

2. Data Storage

• Local Storage: All data is stored on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms.
• iCloud Sync: If enabled, data is synced through your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
• Photos & Documents: Stored locally in the app's sandboxed container and optionally in iCloud.

3. Third-Party Services

• Apple StoreKit: Used solely for processing in-app purchases and subscriptions. Purchase records are managed by Apple.
• Apple Push Notifications: Used for maintenance reminders. No personal data is transmitted.

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete all app data by uninstalling HomeKeep+ or using the Export Data feature in Settings to review your data before deletion.

6. Children's Privacy

HomeKeep+ does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app update.
